Finance Manager, Investments

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Handling pre-transaction work, providing the Investments team with the all-round support on financial due diligence, financial risk analysis, financial modelling throughout asset trading process.
• Assist with the transactions' execution.
• Handle post-transaction work including post-investment management, post-merger integrations, etc.

To be eligible for this position, you will require:

• 2+ years of PQE in Audit, Financial Due Diligence and Financial Reporting gained from Big 4 AN/OR Investment Management companies.
• Audit experience gained from Big 4 (specifically in FS industry covering Investment Management clients) is a massive advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, IFRS, PRC GAAP and other international reporting standards.
• Agility, open-mindedness and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
