Job Description
  • Manage and process purchase invoices
  • Input and update information in internal systems
  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on inquiries or orders
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed


The Successful Applicant
  • Strong ability to think logically and make connections between different tasks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English is required, with a good command of French or Dutch
  • Available for a temporary position from October through February
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
