For an international company in Eindhoven we are looking for a fluent English speaking AR Process Controller. This company is the world's leading travel retailer, their Financial Shared Services Center is located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The Financial Shared Services Center is the heart of the financial data which is collected from all around the world.

This company is growing and it has a lot of potential and opportunities. In this company you will work in a big team with other young finance professionals with international backgrounds. Functie
Reporting to the Global Head of AR, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Aligning with the Global Head of AR and Global Head Cost Control & A&P Controlling on key priorities and development areas within the A&P department
  • Ensuring process compliance at all times. Report deviations to Global Head AR and Global Head Cost Control & A&P Controlling
  • Responsible for ensuring that PCAOB controls are implemented and maintained. This included the design of the controls
  • Ensure that all SOP's for all processes are documented and maintained
  • Interact with AR Manager / Team Lead where necessary to ensure process compliance
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and automation and drive or support the implementation thereof
  • Participate and support in the migration of transactional activities to SSC transactional hubs
  • Identify and provide solutions to audit risks and non-compliance
  • Responsible for all training within the A&P Team, including arranging and facilitating skills development workshops


Profiel
  • Education on HBO level (Bachelor degree) in Accounting or Finance
  • Min. 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable in an international Company
  • SSC F&A experience is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP and other major ERP systems (Oracle, Navision) is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Willing to work in a challenging multicultural environment

  • Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
  • Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
  • Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
  • Fridays are usually the dress casually days

  • Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home
