Task Description

Review and validate NAVs before sharing with clients, parties, and markets, ensuring compliance with the client control framework standards.
Efficiently reconcile cash and security transactions to minimize outstanding reconciliation items.
Validate portfolio pricing in line with pricing policies.
Respond promptly to client queries.
Monitor and handle recurrent reporting for internal teams, trustees, clients, and third parties, addressing queries within specified timeframes.
Adhere to and enhance current procedures, driving continuous improvement.
Review and update procedures as operational models evolve.
Collaborate with FA management on changes and improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams, trustees, custodians, auditors, and key clients; attend meetings as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring team adherence.
Work closely with managers on processes/projects, leading or assisting with new implementations.
Train fund accountants and supervisors on all aspects of the NAV process and reporting.

Experience:

Strong understanding of multi-region fund structures in a financial services NAV environment.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Mutual Funds, OEICs, and closed-end funds.
Expertise in financial instruments, including traditional assets, derivatives, and private capital market assets.
Excellent interpersonal skills for consulting across departments and with external stakeholders.
University degree in accounting, business, or mathematics.
SME in one or more activities with 7+ years of relevant FA experience.
