How you can make an impact
As part of our team of dedicated trade compliance professionals, you will focus on ensuring companies comply with regulatory requirements in global trade. This encompasses three key pillars: 1. Customs, 2. sanctions, embargoes, and export controls, as well as 3. sustainability regulations. While a general interest in all topics is expected, your main focus will be on driving forward the sustainability pillar. This includes regulations such as the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the EU Regulation on Deforestation (EUDR), Forced Labor regulations, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).

- understanding the legal and technical requirements of emerging sustainability regulations and translating them into business requirements
- driving and coordinating client projects related to these regulations
- supporting clients in collecting and evaluating relevant data across their business and along their supply chain
- designing and implementing the required governance, processes and systems to ensure compliance and operational continuity for our clients
Who we are looking for
- You have a background in law, economics, business administration, international relations, sustainability studies, or related fields. We also welcome candidates with diverse educational backgrounds
- You have minimum two years of professional experience, ideally in sustainability, sustainable supply chain or international trade is required
- You have entrepreneurial spirit, openness, communication and organizational skills and the ability to transform new regulatory developments into service offerings and to collaborate with other service lines
- You have passion to read and understand legal requirements and an interest to explore their practical implications for businesses operations is essential
- You are able to communicate fluently in English, French and German language would be an advantage
