Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Exhibit strong time management and organisational skills.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll function for a medium-sized organisation (1,500 employees).
- Utilise payroll solutions such as Dayforce, SAP, MicrOpay, or CHRIS21.
- Handle time & attendance software in a roster-based environment.
- Upload bank files related to payroll, taxation, and superannuation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of state-based payroll tax legislation, including long service leave calculations and payroll tax submissions.
- Understand superannuation legislation and payment requirements.
- Interpret awards and generate Employment Agreement letters.
- Review and improve payroll processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced skills).
