Senior Analyst, Fund Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cash/securities/trade reconciliation and NAV accounting
• Review invoices, and process monthly fund expense payments
• Assist in managing and tracking of client subscription and redemption processes
• Assist in trade lifecycle management when needed
• Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, tax agents and lawyers on all finance and operational matters
• Assist with management, client and regulatory reporting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in fund operations within a hedge fund or fund accounting with a fund administrator.
• Strong work ethic, meticulous, ability to multi-task effectively, solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
