Position Summary:
  • This role is to manage the delivery of DuckCreek testing project, with hands on experience in DuckCreek Applications.
  • Need expertise in handling DuckCreek projects across the phases Inception, Estimation & Planning, Design, Development, testing, defect management, Closure and Warranty support. Need Expertise in DuckCreek products Policy, Billing, Claims, and digital systems.
  • Need Extensive experience in insurance domain, experience in Cloud migrations, agile practices, project management tools and strategies.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Candidate should have 12-14 years of experience in Software implementation.
  • Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in DuckCreek implementation projects across Policy, Billing and Claims
  • Should have experience in Estimation, Planning, Requirement analysis, technical and functional design, development, testing, defect amangement and closure
  • Should have experience in DuckCreek Products & integration of external modules & digital systems
  • Build and implement DuckCreek products, migration and enhancements
  • Experience in Agile practices, Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, co-ordinating with external vendors, project management & Reporting activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Configure DuckCreek applications Policy, Billing, Claims against the customer requirements.
  • Participate in requirement discussions with Business Analysts, Client Business Users and Technical teams to provide better implementation solutions for the business requirements.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, strategizing solutions, quality check, Verification & Validation, Consulting and evaluating application functions.
  • Build and implement DuckCreek product enhancements, customization, and version upgrades. Involve in code impact analysis, code review, technical design reviews, functional design reviews to understand the code changes and business requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying functional business flows for automation to ensure right coverage and ROI, design and manage user functions, document solution and capabilities, identifying key process areas and documenting in knowledge management repository.
  • Performing DuckCreek product release updates & upgrade.
  • Support code merge and deployment activities in lower environments.
  • Support environment and DuckCreek component integration configuration & profile set up.
  • Expertized in Rate testing (Rating algorithm and validate premium calculation against the pricing requirements).
  • Expertized in Renewal both Migration and Conversion for DuckCreek Products.
  • Support E2E, UAT, Product Verification and Release activities by coordinating with all required stakeholders for smooth production.
  • Preparing the client status reports, JIRA Dashboards, documenting artifacts in confluence and HP ALM for different customers, end user documentation.
  • Guiding and assisting the functional, performance and Automation teams and owning the delivery for the DuckCreek implementation. Mentor the team in functional and technical aspects through trainings and sharing the testing best practices.
Salary Range: >$100,000
