Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Conduct thorough financial analyses to support business decision-making and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define financial goals and strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Oversee the execution of financial strategies and monitor their effectiveness in achieving business goals.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis and strategic financial management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
