Join our dynamic DCF (Digital Consumer Finance Technology) team and make a significant impact on the future of banking! We're seeking a talented PMO Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer experience.

How Will I Help?
  • Strategic Oversight and Governance: Ensure programs adhere to established frameworks, manage risks and issues, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring efficient coordination, compliance, and value delivery.
  • Program Execution: Collaborate with program directors to deliver solutions that meet business objectives within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure efficient resource utilisation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and address their concerns to ensure program success.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to empower the PMO team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Best Practices Champion: Promote adherence to industry standards and methodologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

What do I need?
  • Accountability: Demonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable for outcomes and corrective actions, and coach others to do the same.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience in leading collaborative work practices, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Expertise in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.
  • Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including integration management, scope management, scheduling, financial management, and resource management.
  • Financial Services: Experience in the financial services industry, understanding its unique business practices and regulatory requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience: Leading and managing medium to large programs or projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • P3O Accreditation: Desirable certification to demonstrate proficiency in program management best practices.
  • Resource Management: Expertise in planning, allocating, and managing project resources effectively, optimizing utilisation and minimising costs.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
