Your new role
Inyour new role as an Team Assistant, you will become a vital member of abustling firm located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. You will play a key rolein a prestigious organization, with responsibilities that include but are notlimited to:
  • Provide daily administrative and general support to two Principals and their teams.
  • Assist with document management: scanning, filing, and accurate documentation.
  • Facilitate team meetings: prepare agendas, document minutes, distribute information packs, and follow up on actions.
  • Draft client correspondence: Tax Summaries, Bound Packs, Client Meeting Packs, agendas, and Mail Merge documents.
  • Manage ATO Portal correspondence and handle BAS Lodgments.
  • Maintain and update client information in practice systems, focusing on onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate Work In Progress (WIP) meetings for workflow and resource allocation.
  • Oversee monthly fees and billing activities with designated teams.
  • Represent and promote the firm to the community, enhancing the firm's brand.
  • What you'll need to succeed
    To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
  • Skilled typist with a speed of at least 60 wpm and 98% accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm.
  • Experienced with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software: Xero, Now Infinity, Practice Ignition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Effective time management, adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines.
