Analyst, Finance and Treasury

Treasury is the centralized function of the company to manage the liquidity and capital positions, ensuring sufficient resources to support business growth and optimizing the use of the balance sheet by minimizing idle cash and optimize investment return. Reporting to the Team Head of Treasury, you will be a core member of the team. The job duties include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Maintain notes record (both funding note and structural note) into Titan and HQ database, in response to HQ management need on a daily basis;
• Assist future funding notes business development work;
• Ensure notes related data to be reported to all controlling departments on need basis;
• Ensure all treasury transaction data (bank loan, funding notes) maintained into HQ ALM system on real time and accurate basis (no overnight allowed), in response to regulator and HQ management requirement.
• Assist work to build up, maintain REPO, PB financing data reconciliation channel. Assist REPO, PB data accuracy check and coordination to repair when abnormal situation occurs;
• Assist term report to HQ and relevant departments;
• Assist daily and monthly FTP calculation work;
• Assist FTP system improvement;
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Master's degree from reputable college/university, ideally from Finance, Maths, Computer Science, or other related discipline;
• Previous intern experience from trading floor or treasury work environment would be a strong plus;
• Independent, strong analytical abilities and communication skills;
• Good time management and high attention to details;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both in speaking and writing. Fluent in Mandarin.
