My client is a global leader in the litigation and arbitration support space. They are seeking an experienced investigator with a strong background in managing complex cases across the Middle East and Africa.
About You:
.The ideal candidate will have led a variety of high-stakes investigations, particularly in support of litigation, arbitration, and asset searches aimed at enforcing awards and judgments.
.While the client's primary focus is on candidates with this specific expertise, they may also consider those with experience in pre-transactional due diligence or integrity-related projects in exceptional cases.
.A significant portion of their work involves conducting international asset searches, so candidates should be prepared to discuss strategies and methodologies in this area, showcasing their expertise.
.Although the primary focus of the role is in MENA/Sub-Saharan Africa, the successful applicant will also be responsible for managing cases outside the region.
For Associate Directors:
.Associate Directors should have three to five years of investigative experience, with at least two of those years spent managing complex cases. Applicants should be well-versed in accessing information in the GCC and Northern Africa, and capable of navigating the nuances of public records in these regions. Responsibilities will include preparing client proposals and reports, managing project budgets, overseeing case profitability, and handling assigned internal projects.
For Directors:
.Directors should possess four to six years of investigative experience, with at least three years managing complex investigations. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to develop case strategies and confidently present them to clients. Their responsibilities will include converting leads into opportunities and delivering client-ready reports.
