Job Profile Summary

The job requires working for a Global Custodian Bank in Business Management team. The position requires being responsible for assisting with the development and planning efforts of the strategy for the business. Work with key business unit and functional leaders and their teams to develop strategic plans to drive growth, enhance the brand, and deliver superior performance.

Major Duties :
• Participate in Business leaders meetings and assist managers to identify the problems
• Help the managers and partners in defining the hypotheses, doing quantitative and qualitative analysis, find technology based solution and implement the proposed solution
• Lead assigned modules of project works and drive analytical insights
• Coach Analysts in the key research and data securing activities
• Direct and provide quality control for team's analytical and research work
• Detecting issues/efficiency gaps/control gaps in the process and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on the analyses
• Provide recommendations along with design, a test model and its findings to stakeholders
• Review and summarize the data for reporting and utilizing it for strategic business solutions
• Compile and present information orally and visually
• Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Undertake the analytical projects consisting of the adaptive analysis
• Develop technical knowledge of the applications used in the business management
• Works within guidelines and policies of the organization

Knowledge :
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical, numerical, problem solving and reasoning skills
• Should have the past working experience in the related field
• Should have the good presentation skills using either PowerPoint presentations or other material (infographics, dashboards, etc.)
• Should have the qualities of being a good leader
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change

Experience :
• A College or University Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of work experience in the related field
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL queries, R, Python, VB.net, and/or C# will be an advantage
• Should be flexible for shifts and extended working hours.
