Institutional Equity Research Associate

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Assist Analyst in generating Equity Research reports such as Initiating Coverage, sector thematic, Quarterly result updates of companies event updates etc.
• Assist in financial modeling for companies, developing and maintaining industry database and valuation sheets
• Interact with sales team as required for communicating research ideas and handling queries.
• Handle/ assist in servicing investors

Job specific skills

Applicants should have –

• Strong accounting, analytical and forecasting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Specially in modeling / spreadsheet)
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Financial Ratios/ Valuation Techniques/ Financial Modeling
• Conversant in usage of database such as Bloomberg, CMIE, Reuters, Factset, etc would be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

Educational Qualification

• Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.

CTC OFFERED - Compensation will not be limiting factor for the right candidate and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
