Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong understanding of investment products, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate must thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, actively contributing to building strong client relationships while contributing to the team outstanding results.
Responsibilities of the role
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to empower the team, contributing to the sales plan.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for business growth.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product and service delivery.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitors, identifying differentiation and expansion opportunities.
· Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships, conducting regular review meetings and managing CRM campaigns and opportunities.
Qualifications
· Strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds, asset management, and wealth management solutions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the financial services industry is desirable.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably occupying a sales related or client facing role in the financial industry.
· Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
· Availability for frequent travel within Argentina, Uruguay, and occasionally internationally.
· CFA designation will be highly valued.
