Located in Banksmeadow, this leading wholesale distributor is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Customer Service Representative.

Your new role

Responsible for managing website, email & phone orders

Liaise with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch as required

Provide service excellence in all facets of the position

Process customer credit card payments when required

Proactively provide a high level of sales support to the Account Managers

Generate customer quotes on request

Manage any sales team returns / credits

General administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role

Previous experience in Pronto is preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to upsell our products

Professional telephone manner and able to handle customer queries

Computer adept and good typing skills

Familiar with Excel

Ability to work in a team environment

Willingness to learn
