FP&A Analyst

Company Overview

Atomic Recruitment is partnering with a global MNC in the Manufacturing industry. We are looking for an experienced talent with a passion for driving business insights to join the team as an FP&A Analyst!

Key Responsibilities

• In-charge of financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Design and develop presentation materials to effectively convey forecasts and plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into changes and trends.
• Support monthly financial close by conducting margin analysis.
• Analyse and interpret general reports to provide valuable insights for management decision-making.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skillset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
