Group Tax Manager - International Group

Working with a FTSE listed international group to recruit a tax manager or senior manager to join their team in Central London.

You will be responsible for all aspects of corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax governance and some VAT.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee UK and international tax obligations
• Maintain group's transfer pricing policy
• Ad hoc tax advisory
• Manage the Group's VAT affairs
• Maintain the firm's tax governance and risk frameworks
• Assist the group tax provisioning calculations and responsibilities
