Job Description

• Advise on HR law, disciplinary measures, and employment termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including unions and public bodies.
• Monitor legal developments and update relevant policies.
• Conduct training on ethics and employment termination.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal counsel, preferably in HR.
• Strong expertise in employment law and ethics.
• Fluent in Dutch with good French and English skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
