Job Description

• Advise on strategic transactions like licenses, partnerships, M&A, joint ventures, and R&D collaborations.
• You will be involved in corporate governance and housekeeping
• Lead legal aspects M&A deals from non-disclosure agreements to post-closing actions.
• Offer general legal advice on transactions and integration management.
• Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives M&A trends and laws.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage legal spend efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

• Master's degree in Law from Belgian University
• At least 8 years of corporate and commercial law experience
• Proven expertise in cross-border M&A transactions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in Dutch and conversational level of French. Proficient level of English
