VP, Infrastructure, Transport & Energy M&A

As part of a strong global Infrastructure Group, this team is extremely active across M&A in the UK and Europe . This Bank is very much in the thick of capital flow, boasts excellent elationships with UK PE and has build an excelelmnt track record of deals. This role also offers a path upwards.

Key Accountabilities

• Supporting advisory coverage focused on EMEA clients across EMEA, with significant cross-border activity globally
• Leading project execution for mandates including due diligence and coordination with clients and professional parties
• Developing financial models and conducting (and supervising deliverables) valuation, financing, merger, comparable, pro forma and other analyses
• Managing preparing of pitch books, presentations and other materials for clients
• Interacting with clients and acting as an integral part of the client coverage team
• Keeping up to date with the markets and sector developments, and assisting to identify business opportunities in the sector
• management teams
• Supervising, training and reviewing the work of junior members of the team

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• M&A background with previous Infrastructure and Energy experience (accrued within an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 M&A team
• Strong technical and analytical skills and enjoys working with juniors
