A day in the life.
As a Regional Finance Liaison you will:
- Monitor and assess regional performance of Operational Key Performance Indicators such as Invoicing Accuracy, Data Completeness, and System Utilization
- Ensure a responsive environment for research needs as they relate to Operations and Finance
- Positive influencer of service team oversight and development of regional service standards
- Provide remedial invoice training specifically to Operations colleagues with increased void ratios.
- Support Finance colleagues with Operation tasks, Agency Management Systems, Billing processes
- Correspond between Finance colleagues and Operation team members to update and/or correct policy information needed for commissions to post.
- Monitor and enforce the 'Renewed Not Billed Report.'
- Monitor and ensure the 'Revenue Completeness Report.'
- Review and respond appropriately to any notable trends in the 'Void Report.'
- Work with EH&B Finance team to add Product Lines for Value-Add producer charge backs.
- Maintain invoicing Smartsheet and review reminders as needed.
- Request insurer and payee codes as needed.
- Understand Third Party Provider (TPP) process and request TPP codes as needed.
- Support Operation account teams with TPP billing issues

- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize duties.
- Multi-tasked and meticulous with ability to self-check for accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient with MS Office applications.
- Must learn the Agency Management Computer System (Sagitta, ImageRight, BenefitPoint, EPIC)
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional appearance must be maintained at all times.
- Property & Casualty License and Life & Health Licenses
