What You'll Do
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and develop strategic initiatives (including accounting & finance, operations, sales, & marketing).
- Gather data from multiple programs to analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, integrate findings, and develop and execute plans in order to advance YWI.
- Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management (must be proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).
- Partner with accounting & finance team to gather, report, and analyze data for YWI and our carrier partners.
- Evaluate and improve KPIs that directly impact the organization.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data analytics skills to interpret and leverage data for strategic planning.
- Knowledge of the Medicare industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years in a consulting role highly preferred
- Previous experience in a strategic or project management role is preferred.
