The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Pro-active monitoring and investigation of privileged access logs, activities and alert queues

Communication and close work with Infrastructure Platform teams

Demonstration of monitoring and risk reduction capabilities to auditors

Analyzing cases where issues/process violation have appeared, tracking and reporting them further

Possible exception preparation/documentation for unauthorized access violation reporting

Evidence storage and share to stakeholders/auditors/regulators when required

Procedure maintenance, improvement and recommendation making

Representation of statistical data during service review meetings

Knowledge Management - Sharing of knowledge with peers for self and team development

Making service improvements - The associate will be required to be part of the service improvement initiatives and would be expected to work on the automation and process documentation/implementation

Work Timing 9-6 IST (Saturday/Sunday Off).

Analyzing cases where issues/process violation have appeared, tracking and reporting them further

Communication and close work with Infrastructure Services Platform teams/stakeholders

Working closely with internal stakeholders

Making sure all the required evidences are stored for audit purposes

Procedure and Knowledge Articles are maintained and tracked

Knowledge of one or more of the following technology areas (Windows, UNIX, Network, Middleware, Mainframe, Storage, Mid-range systems, AWS Cloud or O365)

Hold a relevant third level degree or equivalent (e.g. Bachelor Degree in Information Technologies area)

Knowledge and understanding of system generated logs from one or more technology areas (Windows, UNIX, Network, Middleware, Mainframe, Storage, Mid-range systems, AWS Cloud or O365)

Ability to work in 24*7 shift (including Saturday/Sunday On-Call schedules)

Fluent English communication skills, both orally and in writing

Initiative to keep own skills up to date and maintain awareness in IT Security field

Exposure on access and monitoring tools (e.g. CyberArk, Sentinel etc.)

Good knowledge and logic on Identity and Access Management (IDM) as well as Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Hold an experience in generating different type of reports, consulting with concerned teams, for PAM Audit Requirements

Should be able to discuss and help in amending policies around Role Based Access Control (RBAC)

Good knowledge on Microsoft Power BI for collecting data from different sources, applying analytical logic and generate reports on Privileged Accounts and its usages

Should be able to perform analysis on Audit findings and issues identified in PAM Processes

Assis team members in understanding

Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt quickly and to demonstrate a flexible approach

Basic understanding of multiple operating systems and platforms

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrate an understanding of Northern Trust's procedures, systems and security programs and be able to articulate them effectively
