Your new role

• Assist in credit collection and controlling processes
• Perform debt collection and follow-up on cases
• Monitor current and outstanding balances
• Handle regular reporting and data analysis
• Ensure workflow meets control requirements
• Liaise with different departments across the firm and relevant parties
• Partner with Insurance agents and brokers, the Operations department and other stakeholders to resolve any issues

What you'll need to succeed

• Educational degree
• 1 years of relevant credit or debt control and collection experience
• Exposure in the Insurance sector is a plus
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
• Interest in partnering with stakeholders of the business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
