The rapid growth in this service offering presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who can delight clients through the provision of high quality, technology-enabled solutions. We are looking for someone who has a passion for process improvement and a good accounting foundation who is seeking a client-facing role with opportunities to work with our local and international clients.

Reporting to the Senior/Assistant Manager, you will be involved in:
  • Accounts payable, bank reconciliations and other processing
  • Assisting in the preparation of Management accounts, month-end close processes and reporting
  • Assist with cloud app ecosystem advisory and implementations
  • Assist with process improvement projects
  • Communicating and dealing with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously
  • Responding in a timely and accurate manner to client queries
  • Keeping manager informed of progress and any issues arising
  • Researching, analysing and interpreting data
About you :
To be a successful Outsourced Finance & Advisory Graduate at Forvis Mazars Australia, we are looking for the following attributes:
  • Completed or about to complete a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting
  • Full working rights for Australia
  • Willing to undertake/already undertaking CA/CPA/ACCA (or equivalent - financial support and study time provided by Forvis Mazars)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work full-time as a Graduate
  • Work from our North Sydney office at least three days a week
  • Keen interest in cloud accounting technology and process improvement
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately to tight timescales
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Macro skills would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including report writing skills
