This role conducts all training activities in assigned areas align with company standards and objectives, aiming to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of sales agents and leaders while supporting sales activities, and contributing to various projects to drive business growth and development.

This role conducts all training activities in assigned areas align with company standards and objectives, aiming to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of sales agents and leaders while supporting sales activities, and contributing to various projects to drive business growth and development.
1. Training:
- Conduct training activities as assigned training plan
- Participate in training design and development for Pru-planners.
2. Planning & supervise to organize training programs:
- Develop, supervise, boost performance and efficiency of training activities in assigned area.
- Supervise and coach for all activities of Pru-planner team.
- Supervise and evaluate implementation plan of team to ensure the quality and timeline
- Check and ensure the quality of training procedures and activities in line with company and department regulation.
- Coordinate with the PruVenture business team and others to develop capabilities for new PruVenture Business Development Managers/ Associate Regional Sales Head.
3. Business support:
- Test and urge consultants in applying knowledge and skills trained to work to achieve the highest sales.
- Coordinate with BDM/ARSH/RSH to unify effective and appropriate support activities for counselors towards achieving business goals.
4. Managing and developing projects in the domain:
- Participate in projects as a coordinator and implementation. Supporting regional trainers to implement projects across the region effectively
5. Other tasks / projects assigned by Management levels
Job Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with the Major in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Education, Banking and Finance.
- At least 2 years of teaching / training delivery experience in life insurance or finance industry
2. Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of finance, investment, life insurance
- Fluent public speaking skill
- Good communication & facilitation skill
- Teamwork skill
