Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include working with clients to initiate trades and guiding them through our operational processes. Your actions will be pivotal to ensuring clients safely and efficiently navigate the cryptocurrency marketplace.
The majority of workflow is via email with clients, with regular use of internal calling and messaging apps. You will be required to communicate with clients over the phone from time to time. You will work across several Broker client bases, assisting a broad variety of clients all around the world.
Working hours will be from 2pm - 10pm, 5-6 days per week. Weekend work will be required. Hours/days subject to change depending on changing business requirements.
What we are Looking for:
Someone who is passionate about the industry and eager to provide excellent service to a global client base. Prior knowledge of the Cryptocurrency space is preferred, but not critical.
We are looking for someone who is confident working with a broad spectrum of clients, ensuring quick problem solving and attention to detail.
An ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with capacity for patience, empathy, strong multi-tasking skills who thrives in a fast paced environment.
