About the role
As an Accountant at Fordham you will:
- Work as part of a team to deliver services to clients
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and SMSFs
- Work on tax compliance, including Division 7A, FBT, CGT, payroll, and other indirect tax calculations
- Prepare and implement tax planning strategies and initiatives
- Research tax, business structuring, wealth, and asset protection issues
About you
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce (not necessary, foundation)
- Have commenced or completed CA/CPA studies
- Approximately 1-3 years' experience in Australian public practice
- Experience with privately owned groups with multiple entity types and individuals
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and time management skills
