Assistant Accountant

Your new role
Key Responsibilities:

• Process Vendor Invoices
• Prepare a monthly payment journal
• Monthly Credit Card Process & Reconciliation
• Reconciliation Vendor Accounts
• Credit check references for new customers
• Account Receivable Collection
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Outstanding SO & PO check
• Monthly Ageing Report & Checking reports
• Warranty Claim process reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:
Essential experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable & month-end tasks.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting System
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
