Your new role
As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in the daily operations, handling a range of tasks to keep things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include processing orders via email and managing invoicing and purchase orders using Baseplan. You'll assist with dispatching, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintain excellent communication with both internal teams and clients. In this role, you'll also manage data entry tasks, keeping records up to date, while using your product knowledge and sales skills to handle enquiries over the phone and build strong customer relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll bring:Strong phone communication skills and confidence in handling client enquiries Product knowledge and a sales-driven mindset Experience with Baseplan for order processing, invoicing, and generating purchase orders Great communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry The ability to assist with dispatching and manage multiple tasks Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain client connections.
