The applicable base salary for this role is $75,000-$85,000.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. The Recruiting team interacts with many colleagues across the firm to provide related best-practices guidance and recruiting leadership. This Coordinator function is a critical role for NERA.
Recruiting Team Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of on/off-campus, virtual, and Ph.D. recruiting activities
- Interface regularly with NERA professionals and candidates
- Screen potential candidates and extend verbal offers, where appropriate
- Manage scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews
- Compile interview feedback and generate related reports
- Draft offer letters (templates) and supporting offer documents
- Post and manage job descriptions at schools and on job boards
- Source candidate materials through the Handshake platform and create related files
- Track and report on candidates' status within the Workday applicant system
- Assist with maintaining recruiting analysis and metrics
- Manage the Recruiting team email inbox and related correspondences
- Process candidate expense reports and department invoices
- Occasionally represent NERA at campus events, as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- Collegial, proactive, results-oriented with an emphasis on attention to detail, eager to add value
- Experience within a Recruiting or Human Resources team at a professional services, consulting, or financial services firm
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with ATS / HRIS; Workday and/or Handshake is preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related studies, from a well-regarded college/university
