You will:
> Act as a subject matter expert to evaluate any impacts that changes to the Firm's activities (e.g., new products) may have on its resiliency & resolvability
> Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements related to recovery planning
> Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to meet project milestones
> Collaborate across multiple teams to maintain & enhance documentation, capabilities & processes, including strategic change initiatives and remediation efforts in response to regulatory feedback
> Serve as the interface between topical subject matter experts and internal governance bodies and external regulators
> Assist with program management, reporting and ad hoc governance or regulatory requests
> Maintain the team's risks and controls and associated documentation (e.g., policies & procedures)
> Create effective presentations for senior management forums & regulators

Team Profile:
Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm's liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
