Procurement Manager | Supporting UK & US offices | 9-month Fixed-Term-Contract

Your new role
This Procurement seat is a key member of AustralianSuper's Procurement team, and is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing, contracting and supplier strategies to ensure the AustralianSuper (UK) Ltd and AustralianSuper (US) LLC (together, the International Offices) procures goods, services and solutions to meet current and future demands; that we purchase from the right third parties, at the right price, quality and in a timely manner and appropriately manage our supply chain risks.
Working closely with our Legal and Finance teams, along with other key internal functions, you will play a significant role in the day-to-day running of sourcing enablement for the London and New York offices, you will be working across:
This role is based on site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid working schedule.
As the role is for a 9-month fixed-term contract, you would need to be available to start in late October / November.

What you will need:
- Significant experience working in procurement & commercial strategy, covering multiple jurisdictions
- Relevant degree/qualification
- Category Management exposure within Finance, Asset Management, Corporate and Technology Services
- Excellent understanding and experience in Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Third Party Management (TPM) / Vendor Management / Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Exceptional communication skills is a must
- Experience with P&Ls, financial models, budgets and BI tools
- Good track record working in a financially regulated environment
