Key Responsibilities : - Active management of Allianz investment structures/companies of real estate portfolio in South and WestEurope region on behalf of our international investors during the whole investment life-cycle (buy-manage-sell) - Preparation of planning data and forecasts for investment structures/companies by using sound modellingtechniques and monitor execution of planning results by means of regular KPI dashboards - Controlling of investment structures/companies including external service providers, cash/capital management,auditors and tax advisors oversight - Delivery of investment data (e.g. valuation of participations) and returns into various financial reports includinganalysis and proper presentation of the output - Present financial performance KPI reports to ExCo and investors - Be the interface by building up strong relationship with internal asset and investment management, externalfund managers and co-investment partners and various Allianz internal stakeholders - Support in the acquisition and disposal phase of investments, such as negotiation of reporting requirements,specific accounting related requests, funding / capital calls, set up of the respective structures/companies andprocesses with internal and external counterparties - Active participation in the ongoing development of the IPC area, in particular:
  • Further development and implementation of effective controlling tools, methods and procedures
  • Enhancement and implementation of reporting systems for investors and in-house stakeholders
  • Active participation in transformational and IT projects within the finance area
  • Lead ad hoc projects to address pressing issues facing the IPC function
  • Development of Fund Controlling in the framework of our future external fund management (3P) business.

Key Requirements : - Successfully completed Master degree (ideally specialized in one of controlling, accounting, tax or finance) - At least 3-5 years' experience in a comparable position, preferably in Real Estate industry, e.g. audit company,controlling, investment management and/or accounting department - Above-average commitment and persistence in carrying out projects and tasks in a highly transformationalenvironment - Solutions-oriented and positive mind-set; stamina; self-initiative - Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Power Query. Power BI would be a plus. - Sound knowledge of accounting principles, especially IFRS and French GAAP - Spoken and written English skills are a pre-requisite. 2nd European language (Italian would be an appreciated plus). - Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills - Strong communication skills and persuasive power - Used to work in a multicultural business environment - Fund controlling/administration experience would be an appreciated plus
