2nd Line Risk Advisory Specialist - Transformation Programme

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 2nd line enterprise Risk advisory support with a focus on business transformation.
- Proven Enterprise Risk management execution experience in the 2nd Line within Financial Services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data, technology, financial crime, and conduct.
- Ensure risk frameworks are adhered to during periods of transformation.
- Deliver insights and recommendations on risk management strategies that align with ongoing change initiatives.
- Strong experience in risk advisory, ideally with exposure to change and transformation projects.
- Familiarity with data, technology, financial crime, and conduct risks.
- Demonstrated ability to support business transformation and change.
- You will be required to work 2-3 days at our clients West Midlands office.
