The successful candidate will be an SME in prudential risk, with a strong track record of managing transactional activities and leading transformation initiatives related to capital and liquidity reporting. We are not looking for a project or programme manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead prudential risk oversight across the change programme with a focus on capital and liquidity reporting.
- Provide advisory and guidance to the change teams on all aspects of: ICAAP, ILAAP, Capital Adequacy, Data Standards across Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, PRA110 and ALMM), Treasury and IFRS9.
- Engage in strategic transformation projects, ensuring alignment with key regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on managing risks associated with capital and liquidity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of change initiatives.
- Deliver robust risk assessments and drive improvements across prudential risk frameworks.
- You will be required to work 2-3 days at our clients West Midlands office.
