Vice President, Cards Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Operations in relation to ATM, credit card such as application form / account creation and maintenance / GL reconciliation of ATM, Visa, MasterCard products
• Assign daily tasks for teammates, conduct output checking and monitor Service Level Agreement
• Ensure the financial transactions / redemption requests / dispute cases are processed accurately and timely
• Contribute ideas to maximize the system automation, minimize manual handling and related risks
• Complete internal and external reports precisely and timely
• Provide input and participate in various UAT for marketing programs and system enhancements
• Assist in resources planning to achieve the tasks set by management
• Participate in procedure review to streamline day-to-day operation process and mitigate identified risk item
• Conduct performance appraisal and promotion recommendations, and handle other staffing issues;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or above;
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial level;
• Good knowledge in ATM card, credit card as well as relevant daily operations
• Good knowledge in accounting principles, banking policy and operational procedures
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
