Accountant to Senior Accountant

Job duties:

• Perform general accounting duties, full set of books and handle financial reporting in compliance with company policy
• Prepare accounting journal record and bank reconciliation
• Process all payments including staff expenses reimbursement
• Prepare invoices and transactions reconciliation
• Perform day-to-day account receivable and credit control functions such as credit risk assess and collection activities
• Monitoring daily cash flow and ensure sufficient cash flow for all group companies
• Assist finance manager to prepare management report
• Assist finance manager in annual tax computation, filing and audit matters
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and implement work process improvement
• Assist in ad hoc project as and when required

Qualifications / Skills:

• Responsible and self-motivated
• Effective communication skill in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Detail-minded and independent
• Knowledge of IFRS/HK GAAP and related financial standard/compliance requirement is a plus
• Experience in accounting software like Kingdee is a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in accounting field
• Working experience in group level is highly preferred
• Working experience in securities firm or financial institution is highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
