Assistant Manager, Procurement
- To process Purchase Requisition (PR) and ensure the requirement is adhered as per Policy.
- Provide first level of support and clear guideline to Business user for Coupa, including but not limited to process of vendor on-boarding, completion of ABC DD or bid waiver wherever applicable.
- Assist in liaising with Coupa COE Support to close any outstanding issue/ticket.
- Maintain updated Procurement Contract Listing with full details including expiry date.
- Handle and lead Tender project.
- Setup and arrange both Procurement Committee and Tender meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to Business User to ensure the proposal deck is accurate and follow standard practice.
- To work closely with Finance Dept on Financial Health Assessment, and with Legal Dept on Legal & Risk Litigation assessment.
- To ensure the preparedness of deck at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
- Act as key person to the Business in ensuring the tender /RFP process is adhered to with all timelines, assessment checklist and responsibility clearly define.
- Maintain Preferred Vendor (PV) List and up to date.
- Ensure PV list is ready latest in Feb each year.
- Maintain and ensure all Contract listing is available in Coupa as per PCA Policy.
- Perform Risk Profiling and Segmentation for each contract.
- Lead cost saving initiative with identified vendor/contract.
- To make sure that SOP and guideline are in place.
- Provide guidance to Business on completing Coupa Risk Assess (CRA) and became the Key Procurement SME.
