Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • To review credit approvals for credit limit control and collateral monitoring
  • To provide support to business units and follow up on all documentation deficiencies
  • To ensure requisite loan documentation and necessary conditions precedent are duly completed to the Bank's satisfaction
  • To set up credit facilities and covenants in system.
  • To provide instructions to RMFM for derivatives limit set up and maintenance
  • To prepare internal management reports and external regulatory reports
  • To provide administrative support including documentation custodian
  • To participate in audit reviews and handle audit / external regulator's enquiries
  • To timely report any issues / operational findings to CBT team / Management and related parties
  • To work collaboratively with stakeholders and in a risk mature manner
  • To participate in global projects and UATs
  • To handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:
  • 5+ years experiences in middle office / credit administration in Banks or Financial Institutions preferable working in a regional hub
  • Solid experience in credit administration / middle office
  • Sound knowledge of corporate banking products
  • Acting as a specialist in the case of specialist issues
  • High efficiency and accuracy in handling high volume work
  • Languages: Fluent English (incl. spoken and written), Cantonese and Mandarin
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Shift duty on Hong Kong holidays is required to support regional offices i.e. Singapore

Qualifications:

Essential:
  • University Graduates or equivalent
