Primary Details
Time Type: Full time
Worker Type: Employee
Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial statements and journals.
Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure policies are followed and refer/escalate where appropriate.
• Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a good internal stakeholder relationship
• Resolve escalated issues/complaints in a timely fashion
• Perform routine tasks and reconciliations related to expense and management reporting (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports)
• Create accrual data entries in the sub-ledger system, extracting historical and statistical expense
• Extract ledger and expense reports using pre-determined system data queries
• Other tasks as assigned
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
• 0-1 year relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
• Basic understanding in using electronic spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS tools
• Attention to detail
Preferred Knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles
• Basic knowledge of General Accounting and Financial Processes.
