Your New Role
As part of the legal support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your duties will include: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents and correspondence Providing financial administrative support, including invoicing and payment tracking Handling phone enquiries and taking detailed messages Supporting fee earners with scheduling and diary management Maintaining client files and updating internal systems Managing court document filing and deadlines What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will need strong administrative experience, including proficiency in legal administration and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal software. Prior experience in employment, insurance or workplace law environment is advantageous but not essential. Key skills required include: Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines Experience with legal practice management software is a plus Recent experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal Assistance is essential What You'll Get in Return
