Non Financial Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Team/Role Overview
The Operations Optimisation and Enablement team (\"OOE\") sits within the Operations Division which is part of the Chief Operating Office. OOE partners with operations functions in defining strategy and associated operating models and managing program execution. We are solutions oriented and leverage deep domain expertise to make an impact across all core operations functions. This role is aligned to the Regulatory Operations function - detailed knowledge and expertise of Non-Financial Reg Reporting (\"NFRR\") processes, systems and solutions is required.

What you'll do
The DRO Project Manager/ Business Analyst is accountable for project management and business analysis of strategic initiatives across Data and Regulatory operations . The role holder will:
* Be responsible for the day-to-day management of execution against milestones and budget on one or more projects. Assess creation and ensure sign-off of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
* Conduct current state analysis, create process models of in-scope processes and tooling across DRO function and geographies
* Engage stakeholders across product and functional domains to drive transformative changes
* Apply knowledge of NFRR and Data concepts and procedures to resolve issues and complete required analysis
* Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents
* Review use cases and drive implementation of strategic technology solutions, whether in-house build, vendor integration and AI capabilities
* Appropriately assess and escalate risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

What we'll need from you
* Extensive experience in project management and / or business analysis roles, specifically within the Data and NFRR domains
* Proficient and with a strong track record of managing project scope, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control ensuring compliance with project management governance
* Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levels
* Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change. Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Ability to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas
* Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
