• To meet and collect relevant credit and financial documents from applications, to ensure genuine customers, confirm their eligibility for the loan facility applied to pass on to credit processing.

• To ensure credit applicant are genuine and proper verification of original income/financial information provided are observed as a measure to ensure data accuracy and curb Non-performing loans.

• To market all products relevant to and supporting of sales like motor insurance, HP life, GAP and Flex Assure etc. to meet personal targets set for the year.

• To maintain close rapport with customers, dealers, lawyers, auditors, service agents etc for continuous support.

• To report problems immediately and try to provide the best solution possible.

• To comply to company policies and guidelines and timely accurate submission of reports to Head Office, regional office.

• To be a role model and adhere to Company's direction on the proper conduct and courtesies.

• To work towards achieving zero complaints from customers and dealers.

• To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering procedures and to report any significant and/or suspicious transactions to branch manager immediately.

• To be familiar and proficient in assigned role under Operational Risk Framework and BCP role at the branch

• Carry out any other tasks as and when assigned by management.
