Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the entire bid process, from coordinating bid opportunities to submitting final proposals. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Service Delivery, Advisory and Consultation, and Finance to develop winning bids that meet customer requirements and maximize profitability. Responsible for maintaining bid-related documentation and records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate bid opportunities that align with SAFE's strategic goals and capabilities.
  • Lead the bid process from start to finish, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
  • Develop and maintain bid-related documentation, including templates, standard responses, and pricing models.
  • Research customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform bid proposals.
  • Collaborate with advisory, consultancy, finance, and Service delivery teams to develop customized proposals that meet customer requirements and differentiate SAFE from competitors.
  • Manage the bid budget and ensure all costs are accounted for in the proposal.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure that all bid-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain bid-related records and data to inform future bidding efforts.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of bids to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and Sales teams.
  • Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future bidding efforts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience.

Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
  • Microsoft Office and other relevant software/tools for proposal development and project management.
