  • Be an active member in the community, identifying and building relationships with external referral partners as well as Indigenous business influencers.
  • Support customer advocacy through effectively handling, escalating, and following up customer compliments, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all business needs of the customer have been addressed, this includes, but is not limited to trade finance, complex payment solutions, credit structuring.
  • Conduct customer needs reviews to provide business solutions to new customers, including business lending, asset finance and other transactional needs.
