Your new role
My clients' Business Advisory division provides specialist knowledge and objective advice to help their clients meet their full potential.We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Manager, or Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career.This is a senior leadership position, and we are looking for someone that is seeking a genuine career growth opportunity.You will gain exposure to a broad range of financial strategies and work alongside dynamic, motivated and experienced professionals, with a good mix of compliance
and advisory work, where you can continue to build your network and capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who is engaged, motivated and collaborative. Someone that will not only make a positive impact on our clients, but also their teammates and colleagues. You will have:

• Prior experience at a similar level or looking for progression
• CA Qualifications (CPA considered)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent multitasking and organisational skills to manage both individual and team workloads effectively.
• A real desire to partner with your clients and make a positive impact
