Your new role
The role involves supporting the Finance Manager with daily tasks related to Accounts Payable and Receivable, managing the Finance inbox, and handling various finance administrative duties as needed.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile supplier statement of accounts
- Flag invoice discrepancies and issues
- Upload all sales (via an Excel file) into the local accounting system
- Generate and send out invoices to non-EDI customers
- Process credit note
The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:
Essential experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary - Up to $70k + Super - 4 days a week job
